Our Home Care Department is a fully licensed home health care agency that will coordinate services providing the patient with a competent, compassionate caregiver with appropriate skills and experience that will assure quality care.

We provide solutions to the Rochester Community’s in-home care needs through:

Quality service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

Employees who have been screened to meet our rigid

employment standards

Registered Nurses who :

Implement physician care plans;

Provide care renewal documentation

Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses who:

Administer medications;

Assist physicians and registered nurses

Certified Home Health Aides trained to :

         Assist patients with their daily living activities

         Provide advanced observation and specialized

        patient care

Personal Care providers who assist with bathing and other

hygienic needs

Homemaker service

decision regarding whether or not in-home nursing care is the

appropriate solution for you.

In providing a Registered Nurse, free of charge and at no

obligation, who will provide an on-site assessment of the

patient’s current health care needs.

In answering any questions you may have about home care.

We’re available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

In assisting patients in the completion of day-to-day task that

they now find they have difficulty managing; i.e. laundry,

cleaning, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
