Mr. Kevane was among 26 finalists – and only 9 winners in distinct categories – who were honored at the event. The Arizona Corporate Counsel Awards were created to recognize the important role that in-house counsel plays in the success of any business and acknowledge the accomplishments of leading in-house attorneys within the Arizona business community. The honorees were selected based on extraordinary legal skill and achievement across a full range of in-house responsibility, exemplary leadership, and for their contributions to the Arizona community at large.
“I am honored and humbled to be recognized among this prestigious group of attorneys,” said Mr. Kevane. “The challenges have been plentiful over the years. And if it were not for the commitment of Rural/Metro and the team of legal professionals that I am profoundly proud to call my co-workers, we may not have recognized the levels of success that we have experienced. My heartfelt thanks go out to each and every one of them.”
Mr. Kevane was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel in March 2010. Previously, he served as Managing Director and General Counsel since 2006.
